Looking for the most advanced break building, I spent an hour on the simulacrum this morning trying out all the melee positions to see which ones have the mashed potatoes knots or to get ahead of the combos that don’t slow you down.
My test was easy: I would equip my weapon with a support on the frame, jump off the platform of the simulacrum and run to the other side while I was repairing the melee. If I slow down a little, the position slows down.
Here’s a list of items I found that don’t slow down. Those who end up with a minus usually don’t, but have a maneuver that did. Those who have a plus at the end don’t slow down and also have a groove.

The Final Harbinger deserves special mention, as it has so many jumps, turns and falls that it almost certainly slows down. Personally, I think it’s getting out of hand. In addition, the dung balls dance on the buttons, causing you to retreat. Shoulder shoulder movement
