Season 18 Overwatch is in full swing and brings a lot of passionate new players. Sigma was the last hero we met in our club. Over the years, however, there have been many amateurs and nerds.
As the game’s heroes improve or become nerds and players begin to find new tactics, Overwatch’s metaphor returns from the dead, and old, proven strategies can become less effective. With this in mind, it’s essential to keep an eye on the meta when you decide which characters you want to spend time with while honing your skills. Surrender your talents to a hero with a lower rank, and you might not like to end up at a lower level than you expected.
Previously, the meta competition gave priority to the Goat team’s composition – three drivers and three supporters. But when it comes to the night, nothing lasts forever. Since then, Blizzard has introduced a new queue system where each team must consist of two strikers, two tanks, and two healers. See our list of levels and their explanations below to determine which characters are suitable for you. But first of all, here is the classification of our categories.

It is important to note that victories can also be achieved with characters of a lower level. This list of classes is based on our personal experience of the game and speculations about how the final patch will change the battle.
- Level S – These symbols are the first choice for the first dive. These heroes are the crème de la crème and give you a particular advantage.
- Level A – These heroes are strong and often professionally selected. However, they can be exchanged for other heroes.
- Level B – These heroes are reliable in most situations. Although these Heroes are not ideal for every composition, they can be used depending on the situation, such as the map or the enemy team’s design.
- Level C – Heroes in this category often require a high level of skill for practical use. Expect fierce resistance from another team and be prepared to change.
- Level D – These symbols are the least common and highly situational. Victory is always possible, but only with a strong team and good communication.

This level list was last updated with patch 126.96.36.199 of 24 September 2019 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC and an updated registration of the newest Sigma hero.
- Lucio (Support) – Healing in the big group? Take a look. High damage potential? Take a look. Lifeguards? Take a look at this. Even with the nerds in the final patches, Lucio is expected to be seen a lot in the game’s higher levels.
- Moira (support) – Moira could already boast too significant damage and healing properties, and she has now seen lovers of her full recovery through her biotic grip. She may not be the most challenging figure, but she is undoubtedly useful.
- Reinhardt (tank) – If it is not broken, do not repair it. Reinhardt has no big fans yet, but he is still the main tanker. Long live the king!
- Sigma (Tank) – Last addition to the watchlist, Sigma is currently watching an incredible amount of matches. While the new tank is now making big waves, there is only time to say what a crazy doctor, amateur, or nerd can expect from Blizzard’s creative minds.
- Ana (support) – Ana is a fantastic healer, but because of her general complexity, she is shy in the higher ranks. Their last, Nano Bust, also saw botany, bringing the healing from 300 to 250. Ana, however, is the right choice for different situations – make sure you practice first.
- D.V. (Tank) – The dive team’s composition without D.V. is hardly a dive computer in our book. His mobility and maximum efficiency in attack and defense make him a reliable hero.
- Junkrat (damage) – If the enemy is the Junkrat, you’re not alone. Unfortunately, however, we have to admit that it is a bit more boring with one of the latest patches. The damage caused by his Frag launcher’s impact has been reduced from 40 to 50, and his RIP bus now costs 10% less. We apologize in advance.
- McCree – McCree sees a massive increase in her ability to reach the dead-eye line with one of the latest patches. Heroes with more than 250 damage and barriers like Reinhardt’s Shield now do 550 damage per second after a 1.5-second block, compared to 275. Goat players need to prepare for the next lunch.
- Reaper (Too bad) – The Reaper has seen a big fan of his life qualities lately, much to the chagrin of many. The blizzard has now divided the difference and reduced the stolen health from 50% (50%!) to 40%. Even with a geek, he is probably still the best goat counter and a good hero with adjustable damage.
- Sumitra (damage) – Ummetra’s competitiveness has increased since the redesign. His ability to teleport makes him submersible, and of course, he remains a great defender. The damage caused by the photo projector increases by 20% faster, which gives the players many more benefits.
- Zarya (Tank) – Even with a botanist within the maximum radius of his old shot, Zarya remains one of the game’s best tanks. This season I expect to see her with Reinhardt.
- Ashe (damage) – The Ashe is still very popular today. Your ultimate B.O.B. in attacking and defending a target can be a clutch that essentially gives you a temporary seventh teammate.
- Brigitte – The ability to pick up bags of armor, the ability to stun a lot of enemies before their finals, and a group healing ability that sometimes seems absurd make Brigitte a solid choice for a secondary healer.
- Doomfist – before the character gets his favorites, we could put the Doomfist on a lower level. However, his uppercut and helmet refrigerators fell by a second, giving the players a much more significant advantage. With these changes, it seems to be much more mobile but still has a relatively high learning curve.
- Hanzo (Too bad) – Once overworked and very angry, Hanzo is now comfortably settled as a must-have. The sonic arrow now detects enemies within nine meters, starting at seven. It’s still a better sniper than Widowmaker, but make sure you hit the range first.
- Orisa (Tank) – Depending on the map and the composition of your team, you can be very successful with Orisa. Also, the nerd’s speed during rotation has been reduced by 50 to 30%, further increasing profitability. However, it is still superior to tanks like Reinhardt and Zarya because it can be challenging to install the shield permanently and provide protection.
- Headlight (Damage) – The headlight shows minimal detonation damage, 16.25 to 20. This is a pretty big fan, and players who have struggled to damage their mobile enemies will be happy with this change. However, it remains easily contrasted and has insufficient tools compared to other damaged heroes.
- Soldier: 76 (Damage) – Soldier: 76 remains in effect for any new player or player returning from the break. He received fantastic reinforcements that increased the damage caused by the rifle’s heartbeat (if only by 1), reduced the delay in weapon preparation after the sprint by almost half, and enabled him to aim the Giankrat RIP bus with the tactical aim. These changes should make the system so attractive to players who don’t know who to vote for.
- Widowmaker – Now that the widow is dying, she has nothing more to offer her team that could have a synergistic effect. The good widow will lead the way for her team and walk away safely, but the bad widow will make her team collapse. Widowmaker’s success depends mostly on the player’s skills and the current map.
- Winston (Tank) – Winston isn’t a bad tank, but if you don’t have a jump track, the game gives you very few reasons to choose it, except as a Genji counter. Even in the diving industry, D.Va is usually the best choice, but Winston can always succeed with a good team behind him.
- Zenyatta (support) – Zenyatta’s reach and ability to heal many teammates makes it almost immediately a but useful choice, and we are all saved by Transcendence. His wounds were sharp, but the effectiveness of his force of discord was somewhat dull. The zenith is giant, but expect it to get smaller as you approach the higher ranks.
- Baptiste (support) – Some players are currently experiencing great success with a new hero. The Baptist’s main weapon has enough power to make this supporting hero go on the offensive effectively. If you manage to gain height with Baptiste, you will effectively control the battle with your care and damage and deal with it competently.
- Bastion (damage) – The fort could potentially save lives. The incredibly significant damage can penetrate the shields of an enemy team, and nothing is more disappointing than the fact that the Bastion is ready for cargo and success. However, he remains easily contrasted and has relatively low mobility, making him a situation hero.
- Genji (Damage) – A good Genji can divert an opponent’s attention from the rest of the team and make a few rebounds in a matter of seconds, but his learning curve is too high. It is also fought by famous personalities such as Reinhardt and Brigitte. Don’t forget to spend some time practicing before choosing Genji.
- Mercy (support) – There was a time when a team without Mercy would lose, but fortunately, we’re a long way from that time. Understanding is by no means a bad hero. Still, he lacks the collective healing, beyond his ultimate goal, which in itself transcends the transcendence of Zenyatta and Lucio’s wall of sound. He has excellent agility, but a short series of healing, so you have to practice if you want to win. And don’t expect the gold to heal.
- Torbjørn (damage) – without conversion, we could level Torbjørn to level D. However, the success of a Torbjorn attack is more achievable than ever, and it is possible to modify its tower and possibly significantly increase the potential damage. However, to win, he usually needs a very skilled player and a team that works well with him.
- Tracer (damage) – The probation officer’s mascot has been acting a little strange lately. Just like Genji, a good tracker can distract and neutralize the opponent, but just like Genji, he also has a steep learning curve. It also suffers from many of the same contraindications and is therefore inferior to most other damage mediators.
- Wrecking ball (tank) – Another hero of the situation, Wrecking Ball, really sees an incredible amateur with a new crest: His adaptive shield won’t take him out of role model. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to just put it on level C, but what if it’s not as satisfying as when you drive to a point and clean it up. Be careful.
- May (damage) o The fans of Sorry May – it remains very specific to the situation. A new plate increases the amount of damage per second, but reduces the ice wall’s health and makes it even less viable as a protection option. A good team – and a lousy opponent’s team – is the key to winning with May.
- There’s that word again: situational. With adequate training, his hook can be combined with a significant effect, but it can also be a running target for the opponent. It doesn’t take much to confuse it, even with its self-healing properties, and its range leaves much to be desired.
- Dark (Damage) – It seems that Dark can never come out of the lower rows without a general overhaul. She is always a situation hero who needs a dedicated player and a team that works closely behind her back.
